Tod Whipple has over fifteen years of general contracting experience with the last eight years focused on residential and commercial real estate projects located throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. As a developer and real estate broker in the New England area he offers extensive knowledge in land acquisition, development procedures and building practices for residential and commercial projects. Mr. Whipple has earned the prestigious CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has extensive experience in financial analysis, complex financing formulation, market analysis, investment analysis and project management. Mr. Whipple focuses on Business Development and continually strives to ensure Corvus Group  is providing superior customer service and outstanding real estate services for its' clients.  

In a former life, Tod produced feature films, television music videos and new media projects. He was a former partner at Scout Productions a film/television and new media production company in Boston Massachusetts. Some of his film and television credits include Bravo/NBC, USA Films and Trimark pictures.

Tod currently holds the position of Vice President of Real Estate at United Construction and principal broker for The Corvus Group.

Whipple's academic credits include a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
