Tod Whipple has over ten years of residential construction experience with the last five years focused on residential real estate projects located throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. As a developer and real estate broker in the New England area he offers extensive knowledge in land acquisition, development procedures and building practices for large residential subdivisions. Under Mr. Whipple’s supervision Sugar Brook subdivision in Newport is proud to be the first New Hampshire accepted “low-impact development” in the state.

In addition, Tod brings 6 years of producing experience from feature films, television and music videos. He was a former partner at Scout Productions a film/television and new media production company in Boston Massachusetts. Some of his credits include Queer Eye for the Straight Guy for Bravo/NBC, Session 9 for USA Films, and Deadman’s Curve for Trimark pictures.

Presently, Tod holds the position of Vice President of Real Estate at United Construction and principal broker for The Corvus Group.

Whipple's academic credits include a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
